You will shop on the Teachers' School Supply site to assemble an order, but you will not place your order with them. Rather, you will assemble the order and then email it to ClassWish for us to place.  Please follow these easy directions. Detailed directions are available here.
1.   Check Your ClassWish Wish List Account Balance and Get Your ClassWish ID#
  • Your ID# appears within the URL of your Wish List page.
  • If you want more supplies than your balance allows, you can make a tax-deductible contribution to your own wish list before or right after you shop.
2.  Request the school Supplies You Need
  • Go to http://www.scholastic.com/ .
  • Provide the school address as your shipping address.  
  • Disregard the Payment section.  You are not ordering from this site.  You are only using the cart to assemble an order that you will email to ClassWish. 
  • Copy the following into an email that you send to Requests AT ClassWish.org:
    • Your school's shipping address 
    • The entire Shopping Cart, including all the items, freight, tax and total.  
    • Your first and last name
    • Your ClassWish ID# (which appears within the URL of your ClassWish wish list page)
    • The following paragraph:
“I hereby request these materials from ClassWish.  I confirm that they are for educational use in my classroom or school, and not for personal use.  I will abide by the ClassWish.org User Agreement, which appears at http://classwish.org/classwish/user_agreement.  I understand that ClassWish will purchase these materials and will deduct from my ClassWish Wish List account the amount that appears on the Quill shopping cart summary, including shipping and tax, if any.  I further understand that ClassWish is donating these materials to my school for my use in my classroom.  I agree that these items are not returnable.”     
If your order exceeds the amount in your ClassWish Wish List account, please visit ClassWish.org to make a tax-deductible contribution to your own wish list right after placing your request.
3.  What Happens Next 
If you have enough funds in your ClassWish account:  
  • We will deduct the order amount from your ClassWish account.
  • We will submit the order to Scholastic and pay for it.
  • We will send you a confirmation.
  • Scholastic will ship the materials to you at your school.  
  • You and your students will get the resources you need.
How to attract more donations

People want to help kids.  All you have to do is let them know your wish list exists.  Use the social media buttons on your page to share via Facebook and Twitter; link to it from your blog; email it to friends; and see the link on your wish list page to more tips.
